I’ve been going back and forth on this idea for a while. Every time I try to improve my routine, I start with good intentions, but after a week or two it just turns into another thing I stop checking. Recently I noticed I wasn’t really aware of my own mental state during the day at all — just reacting to everything automatically. I tried a few simple reflection methods, but nothing really stuck. Then I stumbled on The Liven App while reading a late discussion thread, and it made me curious if people actually manage to use something like this in a way that feels natural, not forced. Or does it always end up being temporary?

I’ve been reading through this thread and it’s interesting how many people seem to be trying to reconnect with their daily awareness in different ways. I don’t really use apps for that, but I do notice how my environment affects my mindset more than I used to think. Even small things like noise, light, or how long I sit in one place can slowly change my mood without me realizing it right away. Lately I’ve just been paying a bit more attention to those shifts instead of ignoring them. It’s not structured at all, just small observations during the day, but it feels like it gives a bit more clarity over time.
